OperServ:CLEARMODES

Syntax: /msg OperServ CLEARMODES channel [ALL]

Clears all binary modes (i,k,l,m,n,p,s,t) and bans from a channel. If ALL is given, also clears all ops and voices (+o and +v modes) from the channel.

Limited to Services Operators.
